WMV industrial non stick and wear resistant anti galling seizing coatings
The hard and crack-free WMV Lunac coatings offer high corrosion resistance, excellent non-stick properties and the ultimate wear resistance. Lunac coatings are designed for machine parts subject to challenging conditions and vary according to specific needs: Lunac 1 is mostly applied to plastic or food processing machinery because of its superb non-stick effect while the hardest ceramic-like Lunac2+ version (Hv eff. 2200) is mostly applied to parts subject to galling, seizing or wear. The unique WMV pretreatments guarantee a full bond between most metals and all WMV coatings.

Machining & heat treatment

Most pre- and post plating procedures can be performed in the WMV tool shop and heat treatment ovens. In this way we establish short lead times. WMV can handle 3 ton parts at 4 meters / 157". With our diamond grinding machines Lunac 2+ can be finished to very fine tolerances.
