Lunac 1
One of the best available industrial non stick coatings with very high corrosion resistance. Lunac 1 is fully closed and shiny. Mostly applied to food and plastic processing machine parts. Non stick, melt flow improvement, anti- pollution, die lines and black specks.
Lunac 2+
This complex coating is partly an alloy as well as a ceramic. The wear, fretting and galling resistance is outstanding. The crack free structure for such hard material is unparalleled. Mostly applied to hydraulics, axles and machine parts under high loads or wear problems.
Ductile nickel
This process offers ultimate corrosion resistance to Lunac coated parts that can suffer from impact damage, high strains or torsion (screws or hydraulics). Because the WMV preperation can offer full bond to the substrate, this process can also act as a repair system.
